Services during the Coronavirus crisis

We are doing our best to continue to provide a service, but the situation will be fluid, and things will change. The latest information will be available here, on notices in the shop window and on Facebook:
-North Nibley Coronavirus Community Support Group
-North Nibley Community Group
-North Nibley Community Hub Page

Tarragon managed to keep the coffee shop open throughout, but only for take-away sales. She is now fully open again, albeit with a much reduced seating capacity.
Carolyn and our volunteers have kept the shop open throughout and have provided an invaluable service to the local community. Apart from being able to provide goods not available anywhere else, the ordering service for bread, milk and meat has had a phenomenal take-up, especially when combined with a delivery service to those unable to collect.
Having temporarily reduced our hours, we are now open again from  9am until 4.30pm on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays - BUT, the coffee shop is not available for sit in customers until noon on Thursdays. This is to allow the shop extra space to assemble all the orders!
This link takes you to the document which lists what we can provide, and at what price.

How to contact us with requests:
To get your fresh produce included with the Thursday morning deliveries to the hub, please send an email to orders.nibleyhub@gmail.com   by a strict deadline of 11am on Tuesdays. Emails at other times will be dealt with as soon as possible.
Otherwise, if the shop is open, please phone the shop to place your order on 01453 549933.

How will I pay for my goods?
We are now able to take payments by card over the phone. For hygiene reasons, we no longer accept cash.
If you place a phone order, we will pick it on the spot and ask you to pay.
If you order by email, we will call you for payment when we know what we can actually deliver, so please include your phone number.

Prescriptions
We now offer a service to receive / collect prescriptions from both The Chipping and Culverhay surgeries and then deliver them to you if necessary. Please ask your surgery for the delivery in that way.
